Reserved for use in commercial establishments—the quantity of coffee is more than could be used in a reasonable time in the home and would therefore become stale—the pressurized tin preserves all the precious coffee flavor and aroma for at least three years. It features a screw-off lid and safety-valve and is designed to be placed directly on top of the grinder-doser once opened.
