Light-bodied, full-flavored "flip pot" coffee

Also known as ‘flip pot’ brewing, the Napoletana brewing method produces a light-bodied but full-flavored coffee with good balance.
1. Add 5-6 grams of medium-grind coffee per cup to the two-sided filter at the waist of the pot.
2. Add water to the reservoir at the bottom of the pot.
3. Place the pot on the stove and heat to the boiling point. As soon as the water reaches the boil, remove the pot from the heat and flip it upside down, allowing the hot water to percolate through the coffee into the warmed, empty reservoir, and serve.
4. Wash the pot in mild detergent and water and dry thoroughly after each use
